l'espace d'une génération, le crime organisé a profondément changé
de nature. Ses structures se sont étendues au-delà des frontières
nationales, considérant qu'il a mué au gré des bouleversements
mondiaux engendrés par la libéralisation des marchés, la révolution
des transports et celle de l'Internet. La conférence propose
d'ouvrir le débat sur les évolutions de la notion de frontière dont
les plus remarquables doivent conduire à envisager en la matière une
révolution technologique à hauteur des défis à venir. |
The
nature of crime has changed significantly in a single generation.
Its structure has extended internationally, as organized crime has
mirrored our changing world struck by three major revolutions: the
freeing of markets and the transportation and Internet
revolutions.This workshop proposes to highlight the changing nature
of borders, and to encompass technology revolutions in combating
transnational crime on the same level as with incoming
challenges. |
